WHERE IS PICK UP?

We have a couple different pickup options. One location in Broussard which is only available on Sunday and two other locations in Youngsville on Sunday evening or Monday. Please specify in the note section at checkout which day you would like to pick up your meals. 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY ORDER IN BY?

All orders must be sent in by Thursday at midnight. Any orders received after that will be saved for the following week. We have to allow time to grocery shop and get fresh produce to prepare the meals fresh on Sunday. 

WILL THESE MEALS HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

**We are not a weight loss company**. Our business is to simply offer a healthy choice meal. 

WHAT ARE THE CALORIE/ MACRO COUNT ON THESE MEALS?

Small- macro count is : 20/20/15 
•calorie count is 295
Medium - macro count is 30/30/12
•calorie count is 350
Large- macro count is 40/40/10
•calorie count is 410

SHOULD I FREEZE MY MEALS?

We suggest that if you are not going to eat your meals within 3 days, to freeze them. The night before you want to eat your meal, just take it out of the freezer and place it in your refrigerator and it will be good to go!
